To sum un the root causes of our infringement.
1.Our team has lacked of a deep understanding of copyright and design patent. When we chose to sell such boots products on Amazon, weconcentrated on which suppliers provided the best quality and price of the products.We did not take into consideration that the products might not be100% legal and non-copyright infringing, We did not realize that this was a legitimate concem in these kinds of products. We saw that other sellerson Amazon were selling these products with success, and we therefore assumed that we should be able to do the same thing without issue
2.Without full research into Amazon copyright and desigu patent policy, Amazon intellectual property right policy, Amazon Policies andAgreements, we directly listed these ASINS, sourced and started selling related products on Amazon, then immediately, caused unquestionableimnfringement on the rights ownerscopyright. Because the above ASINS directly use of the rights owners' text and images that are fully protected byintellectual property right law and by Amazon policies, and the related products we sourced and sold are verified copyright infringement. All sellersare required to respect intellectual property right of any third party, intentional or unintentional infringement shall be regarded as a serious violatioror crime. We deeply know we made the serious mistake.Deeply sorry we lacked full cognition on Amazon seling policies, especially Amazoncopyright. Now we must take full responsibility for this severe infringement.
3.Sales was over-emphasized while other management issues overlooked.We previously focus too much on product sales, but failed to consider fundamental issues that might afect the account profoundly: to fully leammaster and comply with Amazon policies and rules. This incident is a valuable lesson for us. We completely understood that we should accept andremember Amazon intellectual property polices, Amazon seler's code of conduc, Amazon seller bans, mazon conditional guides and their trainingetc.We shall include more items in our training module and make everyone responsible for their actions The lacking of professional knowledge andnegligence in checking the inforation from JPO/WIPO/Google Image before creating ASINS lead to the loss of inyolyed party and lead to the closure of account. We will definitely make this our priority in the training sessions later on.
4.We failed to make careful investigation to supplier and products before we purchased itemis to sell on Amazon.We did not have perfect Supplier selection mechanism that is our faul. We were looking for suppliers on China's wholesale procurement platform688. Our supplier promised us that all of these items could be sold, we trust him too much, but failed to check and confirm if they're the right owneror authorizaed to used the copyrighted materals. What's worsc, our purchasing staff did not know this kind of product would raise copyrighinfringement and failed to consider of the copyright points. It's mainly our fault that we failed to build up the thorough supplier and producexamination for our purchasing procedure. With eyes blinded by the interests, we negligently believe that the products were legal for selling undeauthorization. and did not make deep survey on them. f we understand the relevant policies of the Amazon platfom, I think we will ask the suppliefor relevant qualification and authority documents from the beginning, at least we can be aware of this problem.

We are going to choose suppliers more trictly. A copyright protectsoriginal works of authorship, such as videos, movies, songs, books, musicals, video games, paintings, ete. Generaly, copyright law is meant toincentivize the creation of original works of authorship for the benefit of the public. To receive copyright protection, a work of authorship must becreated by an author, and must have some amount of creativity.
We really did not intentionally violate any party's intellectual property right. We had no idea when we uploaded these items. We simply thought thecould sell well at that moment.

3.We have contacted with ROs to show our apology.We are stil trying to get in touch with right owners, respectively in the message ,we sincerely apologized for the issue and we promised to take fullresponsibility for this infringement, and we will be rather willing and eager to compensate and pay whatever cost to pay for this infringement on thecomplaint'copyright.And as soon as we receive a response from the complaint, we will immediately make such compensation payment vtia themethod indicated/directed by the complainant.
In the message we sincerely apologized for this infringement caused by us and we volunteered to pay whatever costs for the infringement and harmcaused to them. 4.Organize emergency meetings from 10 June to 13 June to discuss main issue in our account and implement corrective and preventiveresolution during our account deactivation period.
After receiving the first notification, we have the emergency meeting to discuss the issue. We went further into our mistake and taked about how tobe a qualifed seller on Amazon. All our team members atended the meetings, and we had a thorough and complete discussion of our mistake.Wehave also come up with a set of specific measures and related responsible staff to prevent similar mistake.

Ifthe listing was checked outoviolate Amazon's Intellectual rights, involved listing staff will be punishedror even dismissed.
- Set listing review and replacement process on checking the image and text to conduct periodical copyright risk checking.We have set up secondary audit system. In the future, our sales must use our own original images/text or authorized images when adding or replacinistings. All the listings must be approved by listing reviewers and supervisors. Our management team, product developer and sales will check theimages and text copynght registry situation every week to ensure the listings are qualifed with image and text copyrigh. For instance, we understand that it's not permitted to list materiallydifferent items in a variation; we understand sellers must not create an item detail page for amazon restricted products such as lock picking device.pistol, gun powder, pen knife etc; we understand sellers must keep customers'contact infoation in confidentiality; we understand sellers must noabuse product ratings, feedback or reviws etc. We will adhere to these policies only wish to maintain Amazon a trusted marketplace. and we keerbeing a part of it.
2.Keep both Internal training and external trainingTo regulate our future selling activities, t is important to constantly leam the up-to-date copyright knowledge for all our employes. We willconstantly to insist both Inteal training (every two weeks) and external training (once a month). We set diferenicriteria of assessment for diferent departments, if some one can not reach to criteria, he/she only get 90% salary in that month. In opposite, they wllget 110% salary if they are in good performance in that month.
2.Add copyright and design patent and Amazon selling policy training contents into our company rulesFrom this lesson we deply know that our company management rules are in completed in copyright and design patent and Amazon selling palicy.Thus we have required our Personnel Dept. to revise our Articles of Association by adding copyright, design patent and Amazon Seling Policy into it.Every staff must accept copyright and Amazon Selling Policy training of our company, especially for new staffs
