we've gotten a bunch of genuine, amazing reviews from users. We have a great
product, but we tried to add on a bunch of unnecessary, disingenuous ones. This was
stupid. Just focusing on an amazing customer experience is a much better idea. 2.Carefully learn Amazon’s policy. We have carefully learned “Product Detail Page Rules”, “Products Reviews”and “Condition Guidelines”etc. Meanwhile, we will strictly obey Amazon’s policy. We
guarantee that the similar problem will not happen again. 3.Strictly abbey Amazon’s product review rules
a. If we decide to ask a buyer to leave a review, we may not ask for a positive review
or ask for reviews only from buyers who had a positive experience, nor may we ask
customers to change or remove their review, or attempt to influence the review. For
example, we may not offer any compensation for a review, including money or gift
cards, free or discounted products, refunds or reimbursements, or any other future
benefits.
b. Now all staff know that below actions are not allowed on Amazon:
--A seller posts a review of their own product or their competitor's product, posing
either as themself or as an unbiased buyer. --A seller offers a third party a financial reward, discount, or other compensation in
exchange for a review. --A seller offers to provide a refund or reimbursement after the buyer writes a review
(including reimbursement via a non-Amazon payment method). --A seller uses a third-party service that offers free or discounted products tied to a
review (for example, a review club that requires customers to register their Amazon
public profile so that sellers may monitor their reviews). --A family member or employee of the seller posts a review of the seller's product or a
competitor's product. --A seller offers a refund or other compensation to a reviewer in exchange for changing or removing their review.
--A seller only asks for reviews from buyers who had a positive experience and
attempts to divert buyers who had a negative experience to a different feedback
mechanism.
4.Adopt legal promotion methods to get real reviews
1)We plan to increase budget on Sponsored Product Ads, higher than 1000$ per
month. Amazon advertising can get more exposure and page views by placing ads on
the target customers, seller can advertise more accurate, to enhance consumer
shopping efficiency and experience, so we will effectively use Amazon resources. We
guarantee that the similar problem will not happen again. 2)We will participate in the Early Reviewer Program when we want to get reviews for newly-launched products. 3)We will not do the sales on other online website, we will only do sales LD or BD on Amazon to get more opportunity of reviews.
5.Enhance Product Quality so that we can receive positive reviews
1).Develop some products with high quality and different features like unique
functions that can solve the buyer pain points to offer a differentiated shopping
experience for our customers.
2).Double and full check the items before they shipped to Amazon's warehouse to
pick out the defective ones.
3). Brand and logo all of our products with more delicate package box. 4).Before the product being developed out, we will use more professional investigation method in our marketing research like SWOT model to help us develop the product in a more scientific way. This will improve the natural review rate from our customers.
6.Strictly check the listings before uploading on Amazon. We have set up a special team for fulfilling our shop’s daily work in order to provide
our mutual customers with a better shopping experience. Before the products are
listed, they must be double checked by the sales employees and the sales manager. The product description must be the same as the real products. Meanwhile, it is promised to completely put an end to the violation actions against the Amazon rule before a product is uploaded. We will make sure the products must obey to all the laws and Amazon’s policies. We guarantee that all the product reviews are normal and reasonable.
7.Strengthen the strict inspection for qualification of our employees. We will strictly check our employees’ qualification. If some of our employees are not qualified, we will timely change them in order to make sure that all our listings meet the requirements and policies on Amazon.
8.Regularly check our listings and product reviews. All the listings and product reviews will be checked regularly in order to make sure that they all comply with the policies and requirements on Amazon. We guarantee that the similar problem won’t happen again.
9.Timely check product reviews and improve our service. (a)On one hand, customer service training on all aspects of product knowledge, familiar with the company's products, each link improvement, improve the effectiveness of the page description. Have a better product page updating system. (b)On the other hand, we will check our emails, feedback and product review timely. Besides, we will send the emails to our mutual customers regularly in order to timely
get their feedback regarding our products and service. Once we receive the inquiry
and complaint from our customers, we will try our best to reply them within 12 hours, conscientiously analysis the causes of the problem, and provide our customers with a
satisfied solution as soon as possible. We guarantee that the similar problem will not
happen again. 10.Implement the FBA plan for more and more listings. In order to give our mutual customers a better shopping experience, we will use FBA
service for more and more listings as soon as possible. We trust in Amazon's
distribution capabilities and after-sales customer service capability. FBA can always
win customers’ favor by timely delivery and courteous service. 11.Improve communication with Amazon. If we are not sure whether the new listings comply with policies on Amazon, we will
actively contact with Amazon immediately and won’t blindly upload the products and
manipulate product reviews again.
