Since i already send you several appeal letter to you,but our company still want our selling privilege back,and we never give up,because selling amazon is our only business we have now!I reorganized all the details of this matter, and after analyzing the event for nearly 40days, hereon, I applied for our selling privileges again.
Novel coronavirus pneumonia is rampaging around the world.The previous sales manager was unable to operate the account due to isolation at home.our another , our another staff she also run ebay account,because ebay rule allow seller creat same product with many listing to get rate of flow high exposure ,then buyer can see our listing. Then she did not know amazon policy very well,but we also know we make the mistake ,and we punishment by amazon seller performance team took our selling privilege.But our seller account did not receive policy warning regarding this misused product variation.

After we checked the Inventory Records and Notification Policy Warning Records, we found that our sales teams added some inconsistent child variations, incorrect merge ASINs to aggregate reviews. We have added some children products that are not actual variations of the parent product.
we are focusing on manufacturing and selling home lamps and bathroom mirrors.. We reviewed and reflected on our own problems deeply.
There are many different mole repellers on our store but we misused the Color Theme to create the inconsistent child variations. The color name attribute for the child ASIN also was invalid, it was not the true color name.

(1). Our wrong operation mode: due to the characteristics of our products, buyers' expectations for products vary from person to person, which is very easy to cause bad reviews. In order not to let bad reviews affect sales, we usually create many duplicate new ASINs repeatedly. When some ASINs have bad reviews, we will switch inventory to a new ASIN to continue to sell. For some ASINs with positive reviews, we will try to create parent-child variants to increase the number of reviews and promote sales. When an ASIN has a bad review, we will remove the specific ASIN from the parent-child variant , and then add a ASIN with positive review into the parent-child variant . We Repeat this process so as to increase the number of positive reviews and sales. This is a very bad behavior.
These items we selling on Amazon are mole repellers . The solar charger of B083FFGKZL is a circular design, while solar charger is square design of the other five ASINs.There are two mole repellers in one package of B083FFGKZL ,while there are four mole repellers in one package of the five other ASINs. We should not misuse the color theme to add children products that are not true variations of the parent product.
(2). Amazon's policy states that if a product has a corresponding variation theme, the corresponding parent-child variant must be created when the product is created. In order to increase the review quantity, we create multiple duplicate product detail pages in different time periods, and combine them wrongly.

Only B085STSTC4 has FBA inventory the other five child ASINs are 0 inventory.
(3). We incorrectly created some duplicate product listings with different SKUs and different ASINs for the same items. We also Adding duplicate child variations that are not substantially different than other variations within the family.
We used different color name of Multi, Silver, Black, green…..to create wrong parent-child relationship. They are the same items but we created some new listings. The wrong ASINs are as below: B07XCBJTLL B07ZLYCL5X B0838V8574 B085STSTC4
B085T53K51.Those above five ASINs are actually identical products.
Duplicate ASINs make product search and purchasing decisions difficult for customers. Creating duplicate ASINs is a violation of Amazon's listing policies. If there are some ASINs in our inventory that match other ASINs on Amazon, we should delete the duplicate ASINs and SKUs or merge the product pages in our inventory if they represent the same physical product. We have understand that:Sellers are forbidden using multiple key attribute values to list the same product and create a new ASIN.
In order to prevent other employees from abusing these ASINs with several positive reviews, we have deleted all ASINs in our account.
After a period of time, these duplicate created Asins will be completely deleted.
Because of the oversight of our company's management and short of understanding about
Amazon's policies and operational knowledge, we have been operating our business in the
wrong way since the beginning. We're very sorry for the mistake we've been doing.
After our account was suspended, we specially invited an Amazon account manager in
Beijing to give all employees of our company a training on Amazon policies and rules, and
he pointed out our wrong operation severely. And comprehensively and systematically
explained the correct operation method for us.
We are very grateful to manager Wang for his selfless efforts in training us, and Amazon for
giving us another chance to correct our mistake.

Amazon's ASIN creation policy and Variation policy, and re-examined the work content of
the previous period. We concluded that we really violated Amazon's relevant policies. We
cannot deny that we did merge variants, but this is more because we lack understanding of
policies, it's really a misunderstanding.
Despite this, We have been deeply introspective, and I promise I will never make the same
mistake again. According to Amazon's suggestions, we have made an exhaustively complete
investigation.

So the leader of our company hired an operation director from a well-known e-commerce company with high salary to help us with account planning.
The operation director, Tony Dou, worked previously in a well-known e-commerce company. After he came to our company, he was responsible for the training of our employees and the overall sales planning. All business models of our account have followed his training content for three years.
